....LOL, not really....

....................IT COMES USPS. *wink*

For those interested....... I'm posting a *partial* list of foods I make or bake and ship. You must remember, though, that NOT EVERYTHING WILL SHIP PERFECTLY, even though I FoodSaver everything to keep the air out and the food fresh.

Note: This list has been updated for the Christmas 2008 Season.

Try not to drool on your keyboards...........teehee.

Pie Flavors Available:
Apple, Peach, Blueberry, Pecan, Sweet Potato, Pumpkin, Raisin, Buttermilk Chess, and Lemon Chess, and Cherry.

All pies are $9.00 each unless marked differently.
Pies are made and baked, then shipped in aluminum pie containers, but I make the crust from scratch unless you request a store-bought one. I will make cobblers, but they will be in pie tins. They are the same price as pies.
*Cobblers are made two ways: Bread pudding style, and old-fashioned cobbler style. Your choice.*

Breads and Muffins:

All breads will be $7.50 per loaf (regular-sized loaf pan) and all muffins will be $7.50 per dozen. Muffins will only be sold by the dozen. Mini-loaves will be $3.00 each and must have a minimum order of 3.
I can add nuts, raisins, or dates to a bread order for $1.00 more per loaf.
Example: Cinnamon-Apple bread with nuts and raisins would be $2.00 more.

Nuts choices: Pecans, Walnuts, Peanuts, Macadamias, Almonds

Sweet Breads (and muffins):
Banana Nut, Blueberry, Apple, Peach, Apricot, Pumpkin, Squash, Sweet Potato, Pecan Pie (muffins only right now), Cinnamon-Raisin, Cinnamon-Apple.

Other Breads:
Butterhorns/Crescents (dozen), French rolls (dozen), Italian Loaves (2), French Loaves (2), Cheese-topped (2), Cheese-Stuffed (2), Cinnamon-swirl (2), and Cinnamon-rolls (dozen). I can add raisins, nuts, dates or fruit to any of these breads for $1.00 more per loaf.

Monkey Bread is baked in a bundt pan and it is FILLED to the brim! (Similar to pull-apart cinnamon loaf, but has extra goodies!) Comes with or without raisins, your choice. Nuts can be added for $1.50 per loaf. $22.00 per loaf.

Pull-Apart Cinnamon Bread: All you do is "pull" the pieces apart; it's baked that way! Filled with cinnamon and sugar with caramelized "gooey" all throughout the loaf. Regular loaf size pan, $10.00 per loaf.

Cinnamon Crisps: Cinnamon rolls, puffed up and rolled out for an extra-large handful of cinnamon-crispiness! Cinnamon lovers dream! $10.00 per dozen; sold only by the dozen.

Cookies:

All cookies will be $18.00 per batch this year. A batch is guaranteed to have AT LEAST four dozen cookies… most batches make 5+ dozen; if the batch makes more, you get more; never less than 4 dozen.

I will add extra chocolate, fruits or nuts to your cookies (if it’s not in the cookie already) for $1.00 more per batch.

If I didn’t list your favorite cookie, let me know, and I’ll make it for you. This list is NOT complete, just ask for what you’d like to have.

Chocolate Cookies – here’s the list for chocolate:

Chocolate cookies – plain cookie
Chocolate Crinkles – chocolate cookie with powdered sugar crinkle top
Chocolate Chip
Chocolate Oatmeal
Chocolate Oatmeal Peanut Butter
Chocolate Peanut Butter
Chocolate Cherry - Black Forest cookie
Chocolate Cinnamon
Chocolate Nut – choice of nuts
Chocolate “fruit” – name your fruit, I’ll add it.
Chocolate Coconut

Nut choices: Pecans, Walnuts, Peanuts, Macadamias, Almonds

Fruit choices: Cherries, apples, peaches, (tiny) oranges, pears, raisins, pineapples – plus whatever is in “season”.

List of other cookies:

Oatmeal, Oatmeal-Raisin, Peanut Butter, Sugar, Lemon, Snickerdoodles, Macaroons, Teacakes, and Brownies.

Candies:

Fudge…

All fudge/candies will be $20.00 per batch this year. A batch is guaranteed to have AT LEAST two pounds… most batches make 2 1/4 pounds; if the batch makes more, you get more; never less than 2 pounds.

I will add fruits or nuts to your fudge (if it’s not in the fudge already) for $1.00 more per batch.

– here’s the list:

Plain chocolate fudge
Chocolate Fudge with nuts – your choice of nuts
Black Forest Fudge – chocolate fudge with cherries
Vanilla (White) Fudge
Peanut Butter Fudge (plain or crunchy)
Rocky Road Fudge – marshmallows, nuts (pecans or walnuts) in milk chocolate fudge
Deer Dropping Fudge - Rocky Road ingredients PLUS Coconut

Nut choices: Pecans, Walnuts, Peanuts, Macadamias, Almonds

List of other candies:

Divinity
Nut Brittle – Peanuts (pecans or walnuts $1.00 more)
Hello Dollys – coconut, pecans, caramel and chocolate candy, cut into squares
Martha Washington Balls – coconut and pecans (or almonds), covered in chocolate

And.......... if you don’t see it, ask about it, I may have just forgotten it.

E-Mail Kim directly with questions or to place your orders.

LOL I DO make cherry pies... from scratch, too....just like all the rest. Sorry.... glad you asked though. Also --- it's ... "juicy"... for lack of a better word, and even though I use FoodSaver and Priority Shipping (which is guaranteed delivery in four days USPS) --- sometimes the crust will get a little soft. So that's something to consider when getting pies......

I haven't done them in a while, but I CAN. LOL I'm gonna post a pic of my cookbook collection.. some are from the early 1900's... these are the recipe books I use most often, if I need one. RARELY do I look one up on the 'net. LOL

I think the old recipe books are the best! I have an old Betty Crocker cookbook, the three ring binder type, that I use to find recipies for my childhood favorites.

Pook I have no problem freezing fudge---Whenever I splurge at the candy store here--they have a deal---If u buy two slabs--u get the third free-----way too much fudge to eat right away.

So we freeze most of it---no problem---matter of fact that is what the candy store tells us to do.
