LOL aww... hey you.

Well.. let's see.. Matt came back about two years ago when we went into business together opening a BBQ stand here in Van... he is a great cook and I thought it would be a great opportunity for him so I called him one day and told him about this building I found here in Van with a huge smoker in the back and the rest is history... we closed the BBQ stand down over a year ago but he is still here.

I guess it was meant to be... we had been divorced 3 years when we opened the BBQ stand but had remained friends... after 15 years of marriage there is no one that knows me better that is for sure.

Victoria, your story is so heartfelt and inspirational. I'm at a point in my life where I'm struggling with what I want to do with the rest of my life. I know I definitely won't get there in one step, but like you, I hope to never give up and keep going even against all the obstacles like you had to face. Sometimes it's just so hard to see beyond the present hardship, I get stuck and extremely frustrated with myself. I doubt myself and don't know if I have the potential to chase my dreams, but I felt very inspired by your life story, I promise I have to try. Thank you so much for sharing!

If I can be an inspiration to just one person than everything I went through was not gone through in vain... so thank you for letting me know that my story has inspired you.

I understand feeling frustrated and wondering if you are following the right dream. I can not tell you how many times I thought about giving up especially in the beginning but they were always fleeting thoughts, I was honestly to stubborn to ever give up,,,, thankfully I had that on my side.

Keep fighting, keep pushing forward, keep re-evaluating and always think just outside the box because when you do great things happen.

i couldn't wait for the part where you and matt got back together lol i really think you should write a book one day, or hire someone to write it for you, i think it would make an amazing story, even an amazing movie, it has romance and conflict and ups and downs and it's about going for your dreams and following the path life takes you and finding out it took you right where you belonged all along

i believe with all my heart that you'll have the store of your dreams someday, maybe even someday very soon

I JUST read all chapters! It really made me cry, and I am so glad you got to the place where you always wanted to be Victoria! You are definitely an inspiration to anyone who is struggling to achieve their dreams especially myself. Awww, Victoria, what an amazing story!!

I love the backstory with you and Matt as well! It's so frustrating hearing about marriages that fall apart, and literally go at each other's throats. It's wonderful hearing that people can go through that and still stay friends through it all!
