1. I pronounce the word "crayon" like "cran." 2. One time when I was eating, a friend made me laugh so hard I shot pudding out of my nose. 3. I've never seen any of the Star Wars movies. 4. Pictures of Jesus scare me. I don't know exactly know why, but I think it's because my grandmother has crucifixes on every wall in her house and it used to scare me when i was younger. 5. Melissa----I too wet the bed until I was in 5th grade. I'm a little under 6 feet tall and my pediatrician told us it was from bones growing so quickly that if effected the bladders/insides growth. Uhh, sure Doc...just tell me when i can stop wearing pull ups at night and have sleepovers, lol. 6. I used to have such bad anxiety that I refused to ever leave the house and if I did it would take me 15 minutes to talk myself into walking out the door.

Add another bed-wetter to the club-- I can't remember what age I did it until, but possibly up to around 11 or 12. I'm also fairly tall (5'7") but that's not super tall. Hm. My theory was that I had outgrown my bladder for a while and it was needing to catch up. It's such an embarrassing problem! I would hide it from my family the best I could, but it eventually was found out. I had the problem as a little child too, and my dad used to actually punish me for it! as if we know what the frick our bodies are doing when we're sleeping?! That's like punishing my mom for snoring! haha

Haha I soooo know what you mean. I would try and hide it too and it was only because I was embarssed. It was like the walk of shame trying to take my bedding to the washer every morning. I would wake up super early and take my stuff to the washer just to avoid any looks or comments. It didn't stop me from having slumber parties though. Or even spending the night with friends. Of course I wouldn't tell them about my little problem, but they all soon found out when they woke up in pee! It all seems so funny now- but it was truly humiliating back in the day. When I would stay at my grandparents in the summer they would hang a calander on the fridge and gave me 2 packs of stickers. Once pack was smilies the other was frownies. I get what they were trying to do, but that was also the most humiliating walk of shame to go and put a frownie on the calander every morning... like it was my fault or something. I've also heard it's a hereditary thing. Which my biological father (whom is not in my life) was also a fellow bed wetter. ...I'm just glad I finally grew out of it and not still peeing my bed. Yuck!

Great idea! 1. I love to read! I will read just about anything and everything. When I was a kid I would ride my bike to the library and sit on the floor reading books for hours on end. 2. I was born and raised in North Carolina and I still live there. 3. I am 5' 10 but that doesn't stop me from wearing heels. 4. I started playing drums and clarinet in the 5th grade. I continued playing through high school and college. 5. I played softball from 3rd grade through college. I was a catcher in high school and college. 6. I love animals and would probably have a "zoo" of cats and dogs if I could afford it.

these are so fun to read. thanks for posting.
1. I smoke cigarettes but have never tried marijuana ever and I am almost 46 2. I've played the flute since the age of 8, and can play just about anything by ear. 3. I too met my husband online. I was a volunteer ESL teacher and he was one of my 'students'. 4. I was sitting on a plane on 9/11/01 Pittsburg to Seattle. needless to say, I was stranded for 4 days at the Pittsburg airport Hyatt. 5. I have an obsession with cleaning supplies and deodorants. I have to have 2 bottles of clorox cleanup, and at least 2 deodorants in my house at all times. not sure why...afraid I am going to run out or something.
Langiappe: I have a tattoo of an Irish clover with the words, "Irish Princess" written. it is on my right chest. got it in 1989 while home for Christmas. My brothers also got one. My mother was horrified and told me that people would think I was a wh*re. yep. to me it is like pierced ears or makeup. no one sees it but me and I really forget I even have it after all these years.

Kristal, girl this was fun. Loved it.
Hey, I guess we are all pretty tall here. I am almost 5'7", which is not so tall but in my husband's family I appear to be a giant. My husband is only about 5'10" and the way my mother in-law acts, he is a monster. AND he only weighs about 155. By American standards that is a pretty small guy. I swear my MIL is obsessed with being freaking tiny. It makes me so MAD. One time I offered her a sweater to wear (as she is always damn freezing). Well, she said "oh no, it be too big for me" in her polish accent. I nearly threw the f***ing sweater at her. I am only about 160 pds. myself. Geez, I guess I am a beast as well. She is like this tiny little.............woman. We will say woman. Can you tell where MY mind is tonight? UGH!!!!! Sorry to vent ladies and take up the space. It just all came out. *hugs*

1. Music is a huge part of my life. I'm a part-time piano teacher, I've been involved in dozens of music projects and I can play piano, guitar, bass, drums and I'm currently teaching myself how to play the harp! I started my first band when I was 8. I played bass and we mostly just did covers of Nirvana & Blink 182 songs. I thought I was thee most badass thing ever. LOL Almost my entire life has been surrounded by music and I love love love love love it. 2. If I had more confidence in myself I'd probably run for office. I'm obsessed with politics. I'm one of those nerds that watches CSPAN all the time and thinks 14 hour live debates are the most exciting things in the universe. I love the theatrics of American politics, and the circus that goes along with them. I spent all of 2008 working my butt off and it was the best year of my life, no joke. I met the President a few times while he was down here and he signed my sketch book "Thanks for everything. Dream big dreams! - Barack" and it is my most prized possession. 3. I wear dresses or skirts every single day, I don't even own any jeans. 4. If I hear a woman refer to another woman as a whore/slut/ho I automatically lose a lot of respect for them and it's hard for me to ever take anything else they have to say seriously. I just feel that us girls need to stick together. We deal with enough sexism from men, why would we want to do it to ourselves? Sexuality is a personal choice and I do not care if you're a virgin or if you've slept with 800 people. Those words are so demeaning and they are used to dehumanize people. Ugh, I just hate it! 5. I am obsessed with all things Disney, I have a huge collection of Disney things and I go there about once a month, it never gets old. It's my favourite place ever. 6. I also collect dollies, especially Blythe dolls. And no, I am not 5 years old, I'm 22. -- I'm jealous of all you tall ladies. I'm only about 5'1! D:

This is so fun!
1. I LOVE to read! I've always been a reader since grade school. In fact, in the 4th grade I won an award for reading the most books out of everyone in my class for the school year. My teacher even gave me a book and wrote a message inside for me (still have the book as she sadly passed away a few years ago).
2. I wish I lived during the 1950s and 1960s. I think this was an amazing time in history with the way families were and all the Civil Rights issues.
3. I have had stitches in 5 different places! I have 2 on my lower right abdomen from having my appendix taken out when I was in 3rd grade (the second whole was to collect blood or whatever). When the surgeon took the appendix out, it had 9 holes in it..pretty amazing to have survived. I have 2 on my stomach from have pre-cancerous moles removed. Finally, one on my shoulder from having a scar tissue removed!
4. I ABSOLUTELY HATE HEIGHTS! I will not go above the 2nd step on a ladder it's that bad! But I don't mind if I'm on a top floor in a building (as long as I'm closed in)!
5. I'm the 2nd youngest out of 5 kids! There are 4 girls and 1 boy and everyone's first name begins with the letter "E".
6. I love country music or just about any music (except classical and heavy metal)! I could just lay in bed all day and listen to lyrics about the songs!

Wow, I haven't been on here today and I missed this great thread, so I will put mine in now: 1. My husband is in the US Army (most people know that already), but when we got married I had NO idea that being an Army Wife is the hardest job in the world! 2. I have a 5 month old son named Isaac, he was born three weeks early, and three and a half weeks before my husband went to Iraq- that boy had perfect timing! 3. I met my husband on December 26, 2008 and we were married January 14, 2009- love at first sight- everyone thought we were nuts! 4. I am only 4'8" tall, YES this legally makes me a little person. 5. I am obsessed with reading, my husband just bought me a Kindle as a gift, and I always carry it with me! 6. I went to college in Charleston, SC, and I can't wait to move back, even though my mother-in-law will only be five minutes away!

6 Random Things
1. When I was born we lived in a long cabin that my dad built.
2. I had glasses for about 6 months. Until my roommates dog ate them. Which I didn't find out for about 2 years when she (my roommate, not the dog) fessed up.
3. I can recite the alphabet back wards in less than five second. Really completely useless talent.
4. I am a total night owl.
5. I have been inside the Whitehouse.
6 I had to climb/be carried out the window of a bus in the Bahamas. An 18yr old kid who was not used to drinking spewed all of his strawberry daiquiris all over the front section of the bus. Good Times!
