Hello, I'm Melissa, some (friends and co-workers) call me Mel, I am a mother of 3 kids and 1 nephew, I am an Army wife of 19 years and asssigned to Ft. Polk, La. I have LOTS of furr-babies and i work at a Vet Clinic. I rescue ferrets that have been abandoned and find new loving homes for them, and i've been known to take in lots of other critters to find them new homes as well.....(kittens, ferrets, rats, guinea pigs--it doesn't matter to me>>i love animals) we right now have 2 dogs (rescues) 5 cats (rescues) 3 ferrets (two rescues) i have found 5 new homes just this past year, 2 rats,(rescue) , guinea pig (Dori) we rescued on and it died and my kids missed it so much we got another one i'm a sucker i know. Me and the kids have lived here for 4 1/2 years (husband off and off during deployments and schooling ) and it's NOT as bad as everyone assumes, but i did grow up in a town similiar so i really like it here, i'm a country girl at heart and after 15 years of BIG CITY life this place was a welcomed sight. We are getting ready for my husband to deploy next month yet again, this will be his 3rd time over in 4 years. but we are handling it. We both are from Texas (Go Cowboys/Horns) and we are actually 1 1/2 hrs from home..so it's nice to travel back and forth when we want. we grew up on the Largest Lake Reseviors in Texas...(Lake Sam Rayburn) so you know we fish ALOT. (just good ole' country folks here ) My kids are two girls and two boys, and they are 18, 15, 12, (nephew)15...so my hands are FULL! I'm not going crazy yet haha, the animals keep me sane i think. I just wanna say I absolutely LOVE your candles, i've been a costumer for years....i haven't bought any in a while, but i plan too these upcoming holidays. well if there's any things else you'd like to know...just let me know.

Hello, I am Darlene and my husband and I both work in public education. Our son is 25 and is a recent graduate of Texas A&M (Go Aggies!!) and is considering a career in the military. We have one cat and two dogs. Our German Shepherd is 135 pounds and sleeps on the bed with us and is constantly shedding, but he's worth all the trouble he causes us! As a matter of fact, we just got a robot vacuum cleaner (the kind that runs around the room by itself) because floor-cleaning is a daily job in our house.
Victoria's candles are the best and the personal attention she gives to all of us is amazing.
Happy Halloween to all of you!

Hi Everyone -- My name is Kathi and I live in Denver - Go Rockies! My husband and I also have a condo in Nuevo Vallarta, Mexico where we will be heading down to in a couple of weeks. I have been buying Victoria's candles for a couple of years and am the customer who requested Mocha Flan (which was inspired by a friend in Mexico who makes delicious Mocha Flan). I work as a legal assistant for an attorney in Denver. My husband is a musician who plays with a big band in Denver.
I am addicted to Victoria's candles and have taken so many of them to friends in Mexico. I'm now waiting for her to come up with her "magic" to create a Mango Salsa candle.
