Hello to all!
About 12 years ago I was a complete scentaholic. I made soaps, CP soaps were the last soaps that I really made. With any hobby where you use fragrances you get a little obsessed with all things scented. It was during this time I was first introduced to Candles By Victoria and her AMAZING candles! I have snubbed all other candles over the years. I never had the intention of even trying to make my own, soapmaking was an expensive hobby that I did not have the funds or space to keep up. My experiences have made me admire and appreciate the love and work that goes into making bath products and can't wait to try Melissa's soaps, sprays,...... ALL OF IT! I am a stay at home mom with 3 children - 14, 8, and 2. We will have kids in the house forever! The oldest are girls and my last who is a boy is a little ball energy. I hate the "boys will boys" statement. I'm quite happy that even though my son seems obsessed withall things machine, baseball (we don't watch sports, not even my husband), and dinosaur he also loves to smell flowers and gives the sweetest hugs. My scent obsession has been in a loooooooong hibernation (moms don't always put themselves first) but feel it is time to awaken my senses and treat myself to some truly amazing candles.
I participated in this board all those moons ago (SoulEclipse/SoulC is probably what my username was then) and I am so happy to see it still here. 800 plus fragrances is truly overwhelming but I bet I can find guidance here as well as watching the great scent reviews a lot of you have put together. The videos have already helped make my first order.
