A new edition to the candle line these candles have a wooden wick which need to be trimmed even more than the usual wick, however these wicks make a "crackle and popping" sound when lit. Victoria said that it wont sound like a fireplace but still makes a pretty nice sound. So my question is has anybody ordered one of these babies yet? If so if you are lucky enough to have gotten it what do you think of it? If not then is it something you are interested in?

I haven't ordered it yet, but I just received my Scent Shot of Cold December Night this afternoon. OOOh, Nice! Does that sound like an appropriate fragrance for a wood wick candle to you?

I have never tried a wood wick candle but see them everywhere. They look high end to me. I love that she chose the rock glass container for these candles, very classy.
I am excited that black wax is now a color option when you make a CAS. I have been toying with the idea of just using the same scent twice instead of two different scents just so I can have a black candle.
AbbieJolie, Cold December Night is a wonderful scent! I bet it would be a great scent for the wood wick candle.

Cold December Night sounds like a great one to have in a wood wick. I think anything woodsy would be nice as well like Campfire Marshmallow or Bonfire Bliss, maybe even some of the newer Christmas scents too.

I absolutely love wood wick candles and I was absolutely ecstatic when Victoria announced she has them out now!! The vendor I buy my woodwicks from closed her shop so I was on a hunt for another vendor!
Now I really don't need to buy my wax products from anywhere else!
I can't wait to get my hands on these with my next pay check!

I need to figure out which scent I want to get in a woodwick. Such a hard decision.

I think I have read that crackling birch smells like a woodsy cologne.

I have never tried a wood wick candle. I think I'm about to add one to my shopping cart, once I figure out which scent I want. I was thinking about Bonfire Bliss.

Thanks QTJ for suggesting Bonfire Bliss. I think I will order that and Cold December Night both. Thanks JackieO for the report on Crackling Birch.

Bonfire Bliss was one that I thought was nice but wasn't a favorite, then again I am not a woodsy scents type of person. It did indeed smell like the burning logs on a bonfire with a hint of sweetness from the brown sugar and a whiff of musk.
Marshmallow Campfire is a nice one too though it doesn't exactly smell like a campfire more like a light woodsy note with a little vanilla.
I think Cold December Night or Sugared Spruce would be great in a wood wick though.
