Now I know I asked the same thing on Thanksgiving, but I thought Christmas might be a little different for some of you. Do you think any of you will be melting anything on Christmas? I'm not so sure about Christmas Day but I'm thinking of melting Star Of Bethlehem on Christmas Eve. I was thinking of watching the midnight mass on tv as I melted it. Still not sure exactly what I'm doing on Christmas though. We signed on the new house today and began moving little boxes in, but we still have so much to pack and load. So I'm not sure if we will be in my current house with my dad when we have Christmas Day or not though he did mention that we all should eat Christmas dinner together whether it be at our new place or at the current one. So who knows lol just gonna wait and see. But what about you guys? Do you think you will be cooking all day and would rather not melt and just smell good food or do you think you might melt Christmas morning?

Good question! I haven't thought about it yet but I should. Let me see we will be making cinnamon rolls for breakfast so maybe following with Cinnamon Donuts would be a good pick. Depending on when we do Christmas dinner, could be on Christmas Eve we may or may not do any baking on Christmas. We all seem to like bakery and mint scents so either of those type of scents would be a good choice. Cold December Night or Peppermint Bark are starting to sound really good for Christmas day.
Cayla do you have everything you need for your new place?

I will definitely be melting Christmas in Who-Ville on Christmas eve after dinner when all the family gets together for dinner at my house since it's my turn to host. The family will be staying at my house that day. Then on Christmas morning when we wake up I will melt Oatmeal Raisin Cookies while we have coffe and donuts then we will open gifts.

Lisa, Peppermint Bark or Cold December Night sounds so good! Love both of those scents so either one would probably go perfectly. If it doesn't get cold where you are then I'd suggest CDN just for atmosphere. Also we don't have everything we need just yet. My mom and I still have to go an decide on a couch (we have one in mind but decided to check another store only to go back to the one we liked in the first place lol) and then we still need some rocking chairs, a tv for the living room, some cookware like a blender, can opener, etc and then we will see what else we will need like little things like bath mats and what not. But we have enough for now the rest just relies on us going out an getting it.
Mandy, Christmas Lane sounds perfect. My mom and I liked the scent so much we knew we had to buy one for my brother and his gf to gift along with some other CBV scents and a warmer.

I'm the hardlines manager at sears in addition to the salon I work at part time, and there are some awesome deals on t.v's. Because all the 2013 models are going on sale. Today a customer bought a 55 inch samsung smart tv lcd for 798 original price 3,678 there is also a 47 inch for 360 I can't remember the brand though. I also forgot to mention if you have a sears near you, you might want to consider opening a sears card if you buy a tv from them you can get 18 months no interest. Just a thought.

My most successful Christmas melt was Honey Spice Cake in which I had a "Three Pack of Super Tarts" in Gingerbread Men. These were ordered June 1, 2013 and were really cute. I melted a whole Gingerbread Man. It may be too much Cinnamon for some sensitive noses but was perfectly nice for me.
Does this mean that I should expect to need six months of cure time for bakery scents? My other cinnamon melts and candles may be ready for Valentine's Day then.
