Thank you ladies I had cupcakes last weekend for Easter/birthday/visitors and of course ate too many. We used mini fruity marshmallows sliced in half to make flower petals and put a bright colored Sixlet in the center. On my actual birthday I ate a HUGE plate of nachos and thought I might literally pop that night. I feel like I should go on a liquid diet for the next few weeks to balance out all the junk I've had. Thanks for the birthday wishes

Those cupcakes sound cute. I love sixlets but don't find them much in stores except on rare occasions like around Halloween. Girl, now you make me want nachos! My mom and I are planning to stop by the store tonight to get stuff to make them so we can have it for lunch tomorrow. We are such terrible enablers in every way lol but I love it. And hey birthday food does not count for calories. It is an official rule somewhere I'm sure.

Birthday food doesn't count for calories that's so true Sadly I need the whole week to be my birthday because I've been very very bad My taste buds are happy though. Sixlets are nut safe, well not always but most of the time I find they are labeled with a symbol of a peanut and the "no sign" crossing it out. I've found them at the Dollar Store and in many colors. Sixlets are fun to decorate with and of course being safe for my son makes me love them even more. I think I just love cupcakes especially with cute designs. In my search for pictures of flowers made from marshmallows I came across pics of flowers made from Dums Dums and marshmallows and I want to try them next. WDYT? I think they look easy and adorable.

Those are adorable! and they look pretty simple albeit a little time consuming to make, but so worth it. The worms in dirt looks so nice. And the marshmallows would go great with the chocolate pudding.
