It's June! I can't believe how fast this year has gone by! 2014 is already almost half way over! We had a lot of goals in our May post so I decided to do it again!
A lot of my goals are pretty much the same. I still have a few boxes left to unpack from the move but not much, the real problem is finding furniture to put them all in (aka bookshelves!) and then I just need to hang up all our decorations and figure out how exactly we want them. Sometimes too many choices can be a bad thing lol.
My other goal for this month is to get more active. Not so much weight loss (though that is always nice) but just to make the best of my time. I have a tendency to be lazy and since I'm finding myself with a bit more free time this summer I want to try and occupy it. So far I'm working more on outside stuff since our new house has a LOT of plants and bushes and trees so I'm trying to keep our yard up and I'm currently working on growing an Amaryllis plant. It's doing much better than I thought it ever would but still hasn't bloomed.
My introduction to the church went great last month and the classes are really easy and nice. We are actually invited to a party on Friday that I hope the rain doesn't wash out. I'm looking forward to meeting new people and getting more involved in the church and community since they have a lot of projects. So my goal is to get out of my comfort zone more this month and socialize more since I'm kind of a hermit. I like to sit at home in yoga pants and sweatshirts melting my cbv and listening to music lol.
I've got less than a 100 pages left of The Picture Of Dorian Gray left so that is one goal from May almost done. One of my lesser goals for this month is to wash my face more since I'm terrible at that. I fall asleep with make up on all the time though I know it is terrible for my skin. So here is to trying to stay on top of it more.
So how did everyone's May goals go? What are some of your goals for June?
