I agree 110%. Her customer service is the best, and she is also an amazing mentor and friend. Her whole family is phenomenal and I'm lucky to have CBV in my life. 1 million percent agreed.

I have to add to this thread and say Victoria helped clarify an order issue for me. I thought I'd get the run around and be frustrated but it turned out she called me back to let me know when my order would come in. I had ordered from a Big Box company the same day I made a CBV order and the big box co. decided to send my package to their customer service and want me to go pick it up. Absolutely rude customer service with a certain shipping co., but NOT with Victoria.
She was charming and it was like getting a call from a celebrity when she rang my phone ! I cant wait for my package on Monday from CBV, I'll be telling all my friends to buy from her if they want good service and quality products!

You are so right about her awesome customer service!! When I open my candles I always get a 'good' feeling from the packages ... sometimes when I order from places they just don't feel 'happy' lol, but hers always 'feel' wonderful!! :-)

Even though I haven't had any issues with my orders, I have to chime in and say that I adore Victoria and her family. It's so nice to feel like you are supporting a family-owned and operated business -- especially when the family is so appreciative and connected to their customers. Half the time you don't even get a "hi" or "thank you" at your local Wal-Mart when you are at the check-out -- and then to come home and see a video posted of the CBV family working so hard -- I think, yeah, that's where I want to spend my money. Oh, and the candles are fabulous as well, lol!
