As of today these are the scents that I want the most minus Black Licorice. I'm just going to buckle down and get that one (I think :/) Any input is much appreciated even if it isn't your opinion. Maybe you read or watched a review on some of these, enlighten me. Suggest ones you think I need to try as well if you wish. Answers like "yes", "no", "meh" are also appreciated I want a creamy vanilla scent, another banana scent, a pretty not perfumey or overly strong floral, and a pear scent. I pretty much like anything, yep anything. Geisha - I want this one but keep putting it off? How bad do I need to try this one? Forest Rain - Is this really earthy? Butterfly Kisses - Heavy/strong floral? Jasmine - Heavy/strong floral? Night Blooming Jasmine - Is this better than just Jasmine? Salty Sea Air - Is this an overly masculine scent? Strawberry Danish - How does it compare to Jelly Donut? Twilight Woods - More floral, earthy, or fruity? Safari Sunset - If I liked Peach Magnolia Raspberry would I like this scent? Balinese Breeze - The "aloe vera, white tea, green tea, and chamomile" notes make me want to try this scent. Dogwood Blossoms - Keeping my options open for florals..... Iris & Fern - ..... Baby's Breath - ..... Catchin' Fireflies - Is this perfumey? Caribbean Coconut - Perfumey? Black Rasberry Vanilla - Perfumey? Raspbery Banana Guava - I need more banana! Thoughts on the following banana scents? Raspberry Banana Cream Strawberry Banana Custard Cranberry Banana Flip Simply Pear - Looking for a great pear scents. Thoughts on these pear scents? Favorite(s)? Aujou Pear Blossom Pearberry Delicious Strawberry White Cake - Is it as amazing as people say? Indonesian Delight - Baaaaa, just following the herd. Lavender & Basil - How "clean" does this smell? Spellbound - Too buttery? Spiced Pumpkin Chutney - I do not like the word "chutney" however I'd like to try another pumpkin scent. Super spicy? Vanilla Bean & Boysenberry - Yum? Vanilla Crème Raspberries - Double yum? Thank you for your input!

I prefer strawberry Danish before jelly donut any day! To me there's a weird note in jelly donut that does not agree with my nose!

I can put Jasmine in the warmer later and report back on that to you (if it has cured). I received Black Licorice as a free Scent Shot and WOW is it spot on. I can't help smiling at that one. This scent proves that there must be more precisely perfect scents in Victoria's workshop. The ones I've collected seem mostly to need more curing time.
I'm back. Jasmine has a 1-2 room throw, is a sweet (but not knock you over the head) floral. Perfectly lovely for bedroom or bath. Southern Nights is my favorite floral. Since it has three florals in it it is more complex and really pleasing. if you like florals ,both of these are great choices. My Jasmine scent shot arrived here about seven weeks ago, by the way, so give it that much curing time.
Jason said in a video that Night Blooming Jasmine was even better than Jasmine. I melted it tonight. He is, of course, correct. I may get Jasmine for day and Night Bloming Jasmine for night.

I hope this helps some Butterfly Kisses - This one is in sort of the same vein as Bella Swan, Cleo's Closet, and Sophie Belle. Kind of like the forgotten sister who is overlooked because the rest of her sisters are so popular lol. It is a bit on the stronger side leaning more towards Bella Swan and Cleo's Closet. It has the same kind of grape note as Bella but it also has other florals like Cleo. Twilight Woods - If you have smelt the B&BW perfume this is an exact dupe if not this one is a little perfumey (because it originally was one) and it has a nice light sweetness to it with a hint of like the air that you would smell walking around in the woods. Not nessesarily woodsy but just a hint of them in there. I personally like the perfume and this scent for warm fall nights. Dogwood Blossoms - Haven't tried this one but I did read a review Jason did on his blog saying he liked this one and that it wouldn't be bad for floral haters. Strawberry Banana Custard- This is straight up Strawberry Banana Jell-O. Not even kidding I smelt it and was like "I know this...I KNOW THIS!! IT'S Jell-O!!" Simply Pear -Haven't tried this either but heard that is was just a no-nonsense fresh pear smell. Strawberry White Cake - This smells like what it's name implies though it is heavier on the artificial strawberry syrup side so it is very sticky sweet strawberry with a hint of cake underneath it all. Lavender & Basil - This smells incredibly clean. This was my free SS and I was like "oh crap" cuz I hate lavendar and basil scents in general so I smelt it anyways and was like "huh? that's laundry detergeant!" It smells like just your original scented laundry detergeant that comes in the powder form that you scoop in not like the liquid counterparts. Spellbound - Not buttery at all actually! At first I did not like this one when I only gave it two weeks to cure (this was in my second order from CBV and wasn't exactly sure what curing was) and it smelt like sickeningly sweet caro syrup at first. So I threw it in the hate pile and forgot about it for a few months and then one day took it out again. No longer yucky smelling. It smells kind of like a candy apple with some spun sugar. It is sweet but not syrupy anymore and the candy apple is really light. It is a magical smelling scent that I can't wait to burn again around October. Vanilla Crème Raspberries - I bought this one because I like vanilla scent and I like raspberry scents so win right? Well not exactly, don't get me wrong this one isn't bad at all. I actually haven't melted it yet though it is plenty cured. On cold throw I get more of a generic raspberry than a fruity or even a candy raspberry. It is like the vanilla took away the fruity sweetness and made it somehow a little plain smelling. Then again that could just be my nose since I prefer sweet scents this one on cold just isn't as sweet as I wanted. I guess I was expecting something like how peach and cream or strawberries and cream the vanilla makes the fruit creamier and sweeter and it just doesn't do that with this one. But who knows that all might change as soon as I melt it for all I know. It is so hard going off of cold throw alone.

I love Twilight Woods. I have it in body spray, lotion and wallflowers. I haven't tried CBV's yet, but will in the future. But I suck at describing scents. So I will just say it's a little woodsy and a little sweet.
I didn't find Spellbound to be buttery at all. It smells like apple with a little caramel to me. But I'm going to let it cure a little longer before I melt the other half.
I must admit I'm intrigued by Indonesian Delight. Has anyone tried it?

Jelly Donut has a scent that I can not stand in it ether, It smells like a salty/ burnt yeast scent. my nose just does not agree with it. Raspberry Banana Guava you really can not smell the banana at all in my opinion. Jasmine is a very heavy floral, I can only burn that one in a very big open room. Both the vanilla scents are wonderful, and spellbound is one of my favorite scents! Not buttery at all, more like a fresh apple scent with some sweet hints and a sweet caramel scent!

Thanks for the input ladies It sounds like Spellbound is a definite must have. I know I have smelled the Twilight Woods perfume before but I really can't remember exactly if I liked it or not. I would like another scent for fall that isn't spicy since my husband isn't a fan of too much spice. I have heard Strawberry Danish has a salty note and that it is actually why I want to try it. I love salty sweet treats. Strawberry Banana Jell-O hmmm that may be something I would like. Jasmine reminds me of my grandmothers house and if this scent smells like the real thing I might just have to get it for nostalgia reasons. Maybe I'll pass on the Lavender & Basil, Strawberry White Cake, and Raspberry Banana Guava for now. Thanks again

I'm not sure if you have ordered yet but here are some things I thiank
Forest rain: Reminds me of a spa. Everytime I melt it I get a comment from somenoe who things the same. I'm not a fan of musky wood scents but this one is really nice. I get more rainy smell then wood. Its one of my dads favorite scents.
Catchin' Fireflies : is another one of my favorites! its kinda perfumy but not in a in your face and cough to death kind. When you melt it it fill your house with this light sweet aroma. Its quite nice.
Pearberry Delicious: I have not melted yet but on cold through I'm not sure if its the pear but mine kinda smells like plastic and berries.
Not sure if that helped at all..

Here it is the final order! I put an order this evening and used my voucher from the story writing contest as well as the 10% off code cbvvictoria since neither one can be used during the sale. I chose the cheaper shipping. All of these are Scent Shots - Sidecar Annie - A reorder for me. I love it and so does my husband. It reminds him of his grandpa and his pipe tobacco (not smokey). Manhattan - I want to try Singapore Sling but worried there might be an almond note. Almonds are on top of lemon poppy seed muffins right? Gooey Pumpkin Butter Cake - I really wanted to try another pumpkin scent. "Gooey" translates to DELICIOUS! Vanilla Kiss - Dark Kiss is a favorite of mine and my husbands. Hoping this is just as good or better. Black Licorice - I have been wanting this one for awhile, recent video reviews of this scent made me take the plunge. Simply Pear - Hoping this is just as the name implies. Baby's Breath - This scent is jasmine and vanilla. Fingers crossed it is a floral my husband can tolerate. Iris & Fern - I'm thinking the "fern" might give this a fresh green note. We shall see. Twilight Woods - My daughter said she had this in a body spray at one point and said it is good. So another vote for this scent. Strawberry Danish - Gooey berries might be a weakness for me. I hope I get that salty note everyone talks about. Geisha - Order it once and it was out of stock and then just put it off until now. Apple Raspberry Crumble - Jennsrandomworld, I believe you melted this recently and just reading the name had me salivating. Pumpkin Pear Strudel - Mandyz did you just get this one? Balinese Breeze - I have high hopes for this one. Caribbean Coconut - Learning that I love me some coconut! Banana Kiwi - A banana wild card. Fingers crossed! Catchin' Fireflies - Description says "sensual". I'm glad it got your vote cedes1234 Butterfly Kisses - I'm not the biggest Bella fan but Sohphie Belle smells great cold and it does remind me of Bella, so there is a pretty good chance I could like this one. Fantasy Type - I liked this perfume when I smelled it at Ulta. Black Raspberry Vanilla - I've never smelled what this is duping but it sounds amazing. Apple Cinnamon Butter - My soon to be 15 year old picked this scent. She has picked some real good ones. Lemon Vanilla - Yep Cayla I'm a copy cat Pumpkin White Chocolate - I believe this is a fairly new pumpkin scent. I don't think there is any spice. I don't remember hearing anything about it but I have a bad memory. Three Wise Men - This could either be really amazing or smell like a super strong incense stick. Lemon Gingersnap Pie - Another scent in a recent video review. The scent description sounds so yummy, go check it out. How did I do?

Yes, pumpkin pear strudel is the one i just got....it is delicious! I also want to try the new gooey pumpkin cake scent (I probably just butchered that name!). Lemon Gingersnap is another awesome scent. I have it in an 8oz and find myself burning it frequently. The lemon adds a fresh twist to the cozy gingerbread!

* gasp and points finger* Copycat!! Lol j/k I think we all put subliminal messages into each other's head. Singapore Sling I don't believe has any almond in it at all or at least none that I have ever gotten. It just smells like glazed lemon poppy seed muffins topped with lemon sugar crystals. And I personally didn't care for Banana Kiwi, but I personally am not big on the smell of kiwi when it is very prevalent, If you like kiwi the kind that you can instantly pick out then you may love it with candy banana. And I saw the gooey pumpkin and hadn't even finished reading the rest of the name and was like "yep I'm getting this one." because gooey does indeed translate to delicious.

I'll put a special mark next to Singapore Sling so I'll be sure to order it next time. In the Raspberry Kiwi I just got, I can smell a little something "different" with the tart kiwi. I'm wondering how it is going to smell warmed up. My 8 year old loved this one and she actually really loves Kiwi's too. Not that it smells like a true Kiwi, maybe just the name Kiwi made her fall in love with this scent. I had a hard time choosing a banana scent after my girls said no to strawberry banana Jell-O so Banana Kiwi was a definite last minute add. I think this last order will officially take up the little bit of free space in my stash cabinet. My husband said I should get a bigger cabinet. I don't think he really understands how dangerous that would be.

His not understanding exactly how dangerous that is, is just a plus in my book More cabinet space = more shots to fill it! Your daughter would probably love Strawberry Kiwi then. It smells just like strawberry kiwi juice. Both fruits are equal in that one and it has a pretty good scent throw.
