I didn't even see this until now. I don't know how I missed it. How does Honey Spice Cake smell? Is the raspberry smoothie more raspberry than vanilla?

Wow, I received an email notice of Shipping! I did get this order placed very early in the sale. Four of these candles are targeted for my Holidays and three of them are gifts. I ordered one Pumpkin Pecan Waffles Candle previously and while it is not old enough to have cured, it is just so glittery perfect for Thanksgiving that I ordered this second one to gift.
I haven't had a Raspberry Smoothie before, so I'll let you know when I can. I have three other Smoothie candles curing now. They all have a bit of Glitter (I'm so glad Victoria knows we need glitter in our lives) and are very pretty!
Honey Spice Cake was as close as I got to a Gingerbread scent last Christmas. It is not going to knock you over the head with cinnamon. I ordered it in those adorable Gingerbread men in the Tarts section and they were perfectly fun! I recommend both the scent and the tarts but I thought I'd go for a candle this year.
Does anyone have a favored gingerbread scent to share with me?
I have my box of Holiday Candles curing in a cardboard shipping box with noodles to cushion them in. I hope they don't count as one of the soft plastics that leach scent from candles. These are the noodles Candleman sends us. Any opinions?

Wow, that's super quick turnaround! Way to go Victoria's team!
I think the noodles can possible have the scent leached out into them since they are aerated and spongey like. It might also depend on how long you are going to cure them for. Even though it's nowhere near close being the Holidays why don't you let them out and sit pretty? =0P

I know, I was amazed to see that email!
Ok, I'll pull out the noodles to be safe. I want the Fall/Winter candles to be fresh and new when the time comes, even though I will have unpacked them and seen them. I have my Summer Smoothies to be out and pretty. I believe I have Chocolate, Orange And Tangerine Smoothies and now Raspberry will be here soon. They each have a fruit segment or chocolate bar and some glitter. That will satisfy display desires for the next few months.

Mmmm I might have to try Honey Spice Cake for the holidays this year. Is it sad I'm already eagerly awaiting Christmas? And I wanted summer to come right after last Christmas lol. It seems I'm never happy with what season it is.
The only gingerbread scent I've tried is Apple Gingerbread Spice. When I first tried it I didn't like it at all because I couldn't smell it though the cold throw was great. So I put it away and forgot about it and that was after it had like 2 months to cure btw, so my mother took it out about a week or two ago and melted it in her bedroom (the door was shut and her room isn't too big though decent enough for a bedroom) and it ended up smelling really good though it wasn't a really strong gingerbread. The apple kind of blended with the gingerbread so it didn't really smell like true gingerbread but it wasn't that bad.

I pulled out my candle storage boxes and removed every noodle and every plastic saran like cover that the decorative candles were shipped with, so my cardboard storage boxes are pure now. Thanks for the nudge!
I have a separate small box of Pecan Pie candles, since I'm ordering enough to last through Fall and Winter. My May 1 order should arrive tomorrow!

Oooooh Honey Spice Cake! If it smells like gingerbread I will have to try it. How perfect to pair the scent with the adorable gingerbread men tarts! Great idea!

None of my Fruit Smoothie Candles have anything to speak of in the way of a cold throw. I decided to light the Tangerine one tonight. I'll let you know if I can smell it.
This Smoothie Candle arrived April 19. On July 11 it has only a faint scent when lit. Not a repurchase.
